Why can't I start a thread on the app?

I have just changed my password and username. I have deleted and reloaded the app. I still can't post any new threads. Does anyone know why and what I need to do? Thanks

Did you find a solution?
I have just joined & can’t start anything either! (Using my phone because I can’t be bothered to use my laptop & why should I?)

Got some silly error message about using a desktop bla bla...

I was looking forward to posting threads & interacting with other mums so far not impressed!
