Census question - English student in Scotland

Posting for traffic & wasn't sure where to put this.
We did the census yesterday, you are supposed to include DC away as students.
One DC is studying in England so has done all the other questions too.
The other DC is in Scotland where they are not doing the census until next year, so what does he do about the more detailed questions?
