Tesco online shopping-help!

My grocery order was meant to arrive between 9 and 10pm this evening. It is still not here. AIBU to ask whether anyone else has experienced this issue and what did you do? Help!

Have you called Tesco?

Go onto the website where you booked your order and log in. There may be a message right there on the front page.

Otherwise scroll down to the bottom and look for Contact Us or Customer Service. Ring the number indicated.

Call customer service. If they are closed call the store.
Have you double checked that you have the date right? I once was expecting a delivery only to realise I never checked out!

Yes happened to me and it didn’t show up, called them they kept saying it was coming and to just wait, it never showed up. Got it the next day instead , it’s now the reason why I never book the late slots! If it’s not going to come I would rather know early so I can sort something else as I was left with no nappies for my youngest 🙄

Thanks for your responses so far. I've checked my order, it is the right date. I can't see a number or anything to call them on. Going to give them til midnight I think then go to bed. I have to be up at 6.30 tomorrow morning! 😱

You just google Tesco’s customer service but I believe they shut at 11 anyway

I just went onto the Tesco website and scrolled to the bottom as I suggested and the phone number is there. 2 seconds’ worth of looking.

Tesco customer service are open until 11. Just google it and the number comes up.

This happened to us last week, they blatantly forgot our shopping but sent it round eventually and we got a voucher. Just phone them, no point just waiting.

Realise it’s after 11 now..

@MrsTulipTattsyrup, I've found it, thank you. Was looking in the wrong place. Thínk I'm going to go to bed and will ring them tomorrow to get a refund, this isn't on at all! Thank you everyone for your replies
