Depends on context really. What kund of day have you had? How much general life stress are you under? Was the cous cous just the straw that broke the camels back? Are you depressed?

I remember once, when I had PND and every single thing was a gargantuan effort, I was making a quesidilla and it fell in the floor. I just left it there and went back to bed and cried/slept all day. Like, dropping that quesidilla was just IT for me.

Was the cous cous your quesedilla moment?

Thank you for replying. I wasn't depressed. The couscous moment happened a while back. I'm just a forty something fed up woman. Think I need to get a grip!
