I exclusively pumped for 7 months. My nipples became mishapen, one pointing out one down. I thought they'd return to normal but it's been 6 months and they haven't. Has anyone else had this? I was thinking of booking a doctor's appointment because Sarah Harding urges women with nipple changes to be checked, but I don't want to book an appointment and be sneered at.
