To ask what to do with these mushrooms?

So I ordered (online shopping) two lots of mixed mushrooms (to do a mushroom stroganoff) what I thought I ordered was fresh mushrooms, what I actually ordered was...

So what can I use these in?

Any ideas?

Have them with a salad and treat them like beetroot or coleslaw. Just have a few and think of them like jarred artichokes, picked onions, piccalilli. They're delicious!

I would rinse them and go ahead with the straganoff, or risotto.

Think they would be nice on some toasted ciabatta, bit like bruschetta but with mushrooms.

Put them on a pizza?

Pizza or bruschetta topping. Or chop them finely, mix with cream cheese and some garlic and herbs for a lovely pasta sauce.

One of my sisters and I used to eat them out of the jar when we were little. Delicious stuff. My mum had to make sure we weren’t around when unpacking the shopping 🙈
