I’m looking to loose a few pounds , tone up and just generally feel healthier. Can I ask what are your top tips? Meals? Healthy snacks? Exercise? Drinks? Motivation? Anything that’s worked for you over the years!

Portion control, portion control and portion control. 😁
Don't forget to build good habits so you can keep them.

Short Hiit sessions work for me. Can't really have an excuse to skip since they are only 15-20 min... Though I try hard. I try😂

Agree with pp. portion control.

Weigh and log everything on My Fitness Pal so you can keep track of calories.
Yoga to tone & (speed) walking for fitness for me.

No snacking, brush teeth immediately after dinner.

Even if you did this just for a week, it's revelation 😱
It's great to just give an idea of where you might be overeating. It appears that I over eat approximate 200 cal a day. Easy to sort, stops slow but determined weight gain.
Swap some bits for veg, like few spoons less rice, extra few broccoli spears instead. It's working wonders!

Look at portion amounts and stick to it.
Be honest with yourself about every thing that passes your lips.
Use a calorie tracker just so you can see how grazing mounts up - I was surprised.
Dont mindlessly eat in front of the tv.

No recreational eating and drinking lots of water
