Impostor syndrome or mentor ? I’m a successful professional , paid well, but I feel like I have no one to learn from. I have been the most senior finance professional since c2016, moved jobs to report to another non finance professional. I’d just like a sounding board who understood what the bank said? So is the a comfort blanket ( I’m 15 years qualified) and I should grow up or do I need more help to restructure
