I accidently cancelled and refunded a buyer after they had received their item. I have now sent an email via ebay requesting that they repay the money-but how do I send an invoice via paypal?
I'm really stuck and can't work out how to do it? I don't think I have got an actual email address for them, just their ebay name? Please help!!
