So at sometimes last year the house next door which was turned in to flats has been occupied by a young women when I say young I’m going to say around 19-23.
Every night we have endured hours upon hours of loud music, screaming and partying.
A few weeks ago our front step became a crime scene after a fight broke out between the group of friends she had around and someone was injured.
Then 4 days later the fire brigade was called out because they locked them self out the house.
Last night again party until 5.30 am.
The other issue is they are throwing their rubbish / party rubbish in our front gardens, including laughing gas cylinder things, broken alcohol bottles/ food waste etc
We have reported to the council for 3 months and no one has bothered to do anything.
They won’t clean outside because it lands on our property not public space.
Spoke to the police - they said to keep logging it with community team etc
I have a very unwell daughter in the house.
We don’t dare go out there or tell them to be quiet considering we know they are quite capable of causing a stabbing with a piece of glass.

I had 2 young women the same sort of age move into the flat above mine.
It was literally 24/7 noise, because as one wave of 'guests' ran out of steam, another lot would turn up with crates of beer.
Sheer hell!

I had them pissing over the balcony onto my doorstep and plants, coming out of their door to try and start an argument with any of the meighbours who happened to be around.

Put their rubbish back on to their property or onto the public highway. I know it sounds awful advice, but it's the only way to get the council to clean it up and fine the offenders. Farmers have to do this when rubbish is dumped on their land.
Keep reporting - and get your neighbours to, again, the only way to get enough evidence of anti social behaviour.

Tangohead · 04/03/2021 07:27

Noise is down to the council. Report them every time.

Justcallmebebes · 04/03/2021 07:51

Are they renting? Can you complain to landlord/agent?

billyt · 04/03/2021 08:40

The problem with putting their crap onto a public highway is that YOU will be fined if seen. Doesn't matter who's crap it is. Get seen dumping it and you're for it.

Totally unfair that shit neighbours get away with dropping their shit on your property and nothing gets done.

MamaMeAh · 04/03/2021 09:38

Can you contact the council again, stressing the amount of time the emergency services have had to come out. Disgraceful in todays climate
Chuck everything back into their garden, get CCTV, then ring environmental health as you are concerned about rats

Organisedchaos2022 · 04/03/2021 10:25

The thing about doing it aswell is they are a large group who have already been in a incident where someone was stabbed with a shard of glass. I don’t want to put my self in danger.
