Where can I speak with other EUPD sufferers?

Sorry, posting here for traffic as it seems you can wait days for any response on the mental health forum and I don't feel like I have days.

Does anyone know if there are any active forums where you can talk about your BPD/EUPD with other sufferers? I'm really struggling and there's no one to help me right now and thought that maybe talking to others like me might help. But posting a thread somewhere and then waiting days for anyone to respond would probably just make me spiral out of control, which is why I would like somewhere that is actually active.

Thank you

There’s a Facebook group called BPD and bipolar friends which is pretty active

Hi, thank you for respondingFlowers

I think that one is for the poor people who have to deal with others like me. I don't think they need another living nightmare to come into their lives Grin thank you so much though!

It’s really not. It’s all people with EUPD. Well, and bipolar as well.

Ah, I might have been looking at the wrong one. The one I found says it's for friends and family of people with bpd.
