Hermes print in store query

Hi all, sorry to post here, I'm out and about. I need to return a parcel that needs a Hermes print label, but I don't have a printer at home. I see Hermes offers print in store options, but does that work when the store has sent you a free returns label too? Can I just enter the Hermes number and print?

Also, the Hermes website says I have lots of print-in stores near me, but I've never seen a machine in those stores, do they have a small printer behind the counter?

They have a small machine and you scan the barcode in, or type the code, it’s easy and I’ve done it lots for free returns.

However I’m sure I chose a ‘print in store’ option for this when requesting the return.

I did it with mand m direct. I paid on line and they give you a code. My shop had a machine at the back of the shop that you just printed with putting the code in or scan it. You then hand it over. If I get the free ones with my catalogue I just take to shop.

Was m and m but I had to go on Hermes website to get the code.
