Can’t stop worrying I’ll drop down dead

I have long covid after getting ill in March, it’s largely a lot better but taking a long time to go and still having relapses and what appears to be an inflammed system.
The doctors don’t know what to do.
I’ve read stories and know a couple of people (my neighbour across the road too) who just collapsed and died recently with no prior problems.
I’m petrified I’ll have a heart attack or blood clot etc and leave my Dd behind. I want this out of my system.

Have you been referred to one of the clinics that have been set up for sufferers of long Covid? It must be such a worry for you, I hope you find some answers/help soon Flowers

@Disressingtimes I’m British but not in the U.K. so they don’t have them here yet. I had numerous blood tests and x rays, ct scans etc back in May/June/July, they were all clear, but that was a while ago

There's a Facebook page called 'Survivor Corps' for people with long Covid (it's not just UK members) which may have helpful advice. It seems like the vaccine is helping some sufferers.
