I've had a bit of a poke around, and can'tfind any 'one stop shop' type posts (feel free to link them in if you know of any).
What have people been doing to try and make their DC's lockdown birthday's special? Thought it would be useful for reference for people to post things they've done or ask for ideas.
Personally I'm looking for activitiy ideas rather than gifts etc, as funds are extremely tight at the moment. DC is 5 the week after next. We're not entitled to a bubble, so it will just be me, DP and 2yo DD.
I'm doing a treasure hunt, we're getting delivery McDonalds and I've got the gubbins together to do a Pizza Hut style ice cream bar. We'd usually do some form of disco, but we've been doing those a lot since lockdown as it's something both DC love so it won't feel particularly special or like a treat.
Any ideas?
