What ridiculous things do you do for love?

I woke up at 7:30 and I need desperately need a wee... But DH is still asleep and he's always tired cos he works shifts, so I'm lying as still as I can until 8:30 so I don't wake him. My bladder hurts. I can hear DS in the other room on his TV and I really hope he doesn't come through. Which got me thinking.... What ridiculous things do you do for your family/in the name of love??

After three kids I dont think I could hold it for an hour lying in bed!

Ive actually just thought of something I omit onions from everything I cook as DH hates them, Ive been doing it for so long now I dont even think about it, maybe it is true love after all.

Are we doing romantic love or parental love?

Just realised I don't do much at all for romantic love (apart from keep it zipped when I know the time is wrong). Poor DP sacrifices all sorts for me though! Need to step up I think.

Motherly love on the other hand? I sacrifice everything. My time, finances, sanity, attention. All three are worth it all day, every day though. The little bastards.
