Moving and fourth child

We are currently preparing to put our house on the market and we plan on moving 30 minutes away nearer my work and to an area with much better secondary schools. I am finding it really stressful tbh. We have 2 in primary school and one in nursery. At the moment me abs the baby leave the house at 7am due to my commute and my partner is currently wfh so drops thr older 2 at breakfast club.
The girls would need to move school and we would need to find a new nursery for the baby. It feels like there are so many parts to organise...it feels impossible. Finding a house is hard enough but then add a school with spaces/childminder etc and it feels impossible. In addition we would love a fourth child but due to my age it's pretty much now or never. Part of me thinks that we should stay put where we are whilst they are young and all the logistics work. Although this would mean thr older girl starting at the dire local secondary school. aIBu to just give up on moving because it's too stressful? Should I forget about wanting a new baby? Does anyone have any stories about moving areas with 3+ children to make me feel better?
