Tips for work / life balance when back in the office

Been called back into the office next week, have worked at home for long periods on and off during the 3 lockdowns and have really enjoyed it. I’m delighted we seem to be getting closer to the end of this but if I’m honest there are parts of lockdown I ll miss and working from home is one of them!
Any tips for how to maintain a work / life balance when I’m back in the office and having the daily commute. Any healthy lunches I can take to work? Simple quick healthy meals to make of an evening?! I’m dreading it a little but trying to be positive!!

Prep lunch the night before. Less faff In morning
Hard boiled egg, with spinach and salad leaves and cucumber olives
Mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes,cucumber, olives, basil leaf
Some podcast listen to travelling in
Get out if you can at lunch

Do you have a microwave at work? I used to take leftovers from our evening meal for my lunch the next day. Also used my slow cooker a lot so that dinner was ready when I walked in from work.

cook big and freeze some, eg soups
Wraps,sandwiches,stir fry at home all quick

I'm dreading it too. An extra 2 hours commute on my day, no more like ins, no more slouching on the couch watching telly during break/lunch times, getting the tea on instead of having to wait until I get in from work. Boo!!! I've loved it too.
