I'm taking naproxen and paracetamol and have a hot water bottle but it's awful. 3rd time in 3 months Sad
Worried it will become chronic, its not a pain I can push on through.

Physio.
For mine (upper back) I need strapping / taping up.

FoxtrotOscarPoppet · 22/02/2021 23:23
