Sorry for posting on wrong board.

I'm 8 days late on my periods. I have taken several tests the clear&simple cheap ones and they have all come back negative. I'm just so confused. Since October I have been getting periods every single month around the same date. I'm just so confused. Me and DH are TTC.

Has this ever happened to anyone before? Is there any chance i still could be pregnant an im testing too early. Or do I just need to accept I'm not and stop buying tests☹️

Yes, probably too early. It took about 2/3 weeks for us to get a positive test.

Could be. I think I had a positive a bit later than that?

Possibly too early. I got pregnant roughly about 20th Dec but didn't get a positive test at first. I left it until Jan 13th (only because a test fell out of the cupboard as I cleaned) and even then, the line was quite faint. Try and leave it a week or two before taking another. And good luck OP

I 'knew' I was pregnant with DS2 despite a week's worth of negative tests. He's 8 now! Fingers crossed for you (assuming a BFP is what you're hoping for)

My last pregnancy I took a test for the same reason and it was negative. It wasn't my first rodeo and I just knew I was pregnant. Took a test a week later and it was positive.

I'm definitely NOT TTC at the minute but I've felt the same pregnancy symptoms this week. I was on the pill up until a few weeks ago and we have used condoms since so I'm thinking I can't be pregnant?! Took a test yesterday and it was negative, we'll see what next week's test brings...

Well il try again maybe at the end of the week. I don't know why but I do have a feeling I'm pregnant but then again I did have this feeling the last time and I wasn't 😔

I don't want to get my hopes too high but my periods have been regular since October. They've never been this late. I'm 13 days over and still not sign of my periods. How long do I do this an if I keep getting negatives, to accept that I'm just not pregnant ?

I took An Alvita pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I'm so confused as Iv never been this late on my period

Try not to stress (easier said than done) periods can be late, stress being a main factor. Honestly, relaxing and putting it out of your mind is all you can do. And putting your legs up against a wall after every session

@Raffles1981 Thank you. I know I'm trying very hard not to stress I'm defo not pregnant as took another test today an it was negative. So now just got to wait for periods to start which I'm hoping is soon.

Hahha does that actually make a difference ?? My friend said the exact same thing to lift legs in air straight after sex😂😂

I have been about 6 or 7 days late for a period and eventually it came. It was weird. Most of the time they are regular.

Yes, I missed two periods trying to conceive, they called it secondary amenorrhea when I got to the third one missed ans I was put under a consultant at the hospital. All tests showed I had nothing wrong with me and I wasn’t pregnant, my body weight was slightly low at about 9st and five eight, but had been like that for a long time

They decided to give me fertility drugs to bring my periods back and the day I was going to get them from the gp, I found out I was pregnant. Which gave them some serious concerns, as dating a pregnancy wrong, say by two weeks can be life threatening, for example if you then go overdue by two weeks, so I was consultant led and induced on my due date, as they could have been two weeks out either way,

Give it some time, for me it was inexplicable, nothing was wrong, if they don’t come back by the third month speak to your doctor.

Sorry I should also add, as you will have guessed, not having a period doesn’t mean you can’t fall pregnant, I did.
