To be worried about not finding work?

On maternity leave at the moment but I do need something to go back to in a few months. I’m just not hearing back from anywhere, starting to panic anyone else?

Do you have a particular field of interest or type of job you're looking for? I've never had much luck applying direct for roles. I've often gone through recruiters or been referred by someone who already works there.

Have you uploaded your CV anywhere (Monster, Indeed etc)? Recruiters have access to CVs and get notifications when new ones are uploaded. Could be worth a shot if you haven't done that already.

I can have a try, it’s not usually how it’s done in my line of work but nothing ventured! Just worries me!
