To ask for help

I'm worried about my 17 year old daughter. I think she's really struggling with a number of factors Lockdown, A Levels and the absence of friends. Her weight has started to reduce and she's really focussed on exercise and not eating a healthy amount. Recently, my son has come out as Transgender and I would like to find a healthy outlet for her to talk about her feelings.
Of course, I am always here to listen but she's reluctant to talk to me. So in the absence of talking to us at home can anyone recommend some sort of on-line counselling? Zoom counselling? Somewhere where she can go to, to ask questions and get the support and coping strategies.

There is the Mind forum 'Side by side' which is where people can get support from others for mental health issues. She might find others to talk to. It is moderated most of the day.

If she’s at college can they offer any support ?
Do you have a local hub that offers teens contraception, drug advice etc? They might be able to help too.

Is she talking to her friends? My 17 year old is texting hers and I've just started encouraging her to go for a walk with one which she did on Saturday. It really boosted her. Teenagers very pro-active at all about making arrangements. It's hard for those who have gone to sixth form college as they have had hardly any time to make new friends.

I've also told her I will pay for an online escape room for her from panic rooms after reading about it on MN. It's £15 for six of them. I'm hoping it will give them a bit of a focus.
