Earplugs

Posting here for traffic can anyone recommend cheap but decent ear plugs? For sleeping in?

I love Pluggerz Sleep earplugs, and have used them for about a decade. I have to trim a little bit off the stem or I can feel them when I lay on my side, but once I've done that, they're perfect.

Of those, I find the Mack slim fit to be the most comfortable.

I just bought the Beary Good ones from Amazon. £10 for 30 (and ships to Ireland and NI, unlike a lot of Amazon now).

I bought Eggz and they are amazing. Super comfortable and block out the snoring 😂

I've tried loads, I found that the yellow foam 'classic' ones are the best. You can get them in boots usually, or buy in bulk on eBay for a fraction of the price.

Boots wax earplugs are awesome. I think they’re called muffles

Im desperate for ones that dont hurt my little ear canals.
I have the orange and yellow ones i get from ebay howards? They block the sound fine, 9/10 i take them out during the night as starts causing pain, pulling them out is awful and most of the time have sore ears for the rest of the day.
Tried the wax ones from boots and theyr crap, can still hear everything

You need smaller women's ones. I use Macks Dream Girl, horrifyingly pink but work well and are comfortable. I buy a jar from Amazon.

I second the moldex ones. Super comfy...well...as comfy as earplugs get I guess!

I used the Moldex ones for a while, but have small ear canals and they made my ears very sore. In terms of noise reduction though, they are brilliant.
