If someone doesn't respond or reply to you on whatsapp for example or Facebook do you get really upset when you know they have read the message? I dunno if its lockdown or im going a bit crazy

Depends - is there a pattern? Does this person repeatedly ignore you and for what length of time?

I wouldn't sweat it if someone took a day or two to reply (people have all sorts going on - might be preoccupied with something), but if I messaged them again after that time and they still didn't reply then I would be a bit put out

It can take me a day or two to reply to someone. It depends what they're asking me and if I'm able to sit and give my proper attention to a reply.

I have my blue ticks turned off because I know some people start to get annoyed if there's no reply within half an hour so where possible all that shit is turned off. I have anxiety as it is without worrying if someone has seen if I've read their message an hour ago. Majority of my family and friends don't reply quick,

I know a lot of people are working from home and homeschooling kids so at the moment, I wouldn't expect a reply unless it was urgent from anyone with young children or who is working from.
