Too soon to ask for interview feedback?

Dd had a informal job interview yesterday at a nursery. To start an apprenticeship. They said they would let her know but didn't give a timescale. Not sure if there is other applicants or not as they explained why they had picked out dd. Problem is she's also been offered something else similar but would prefer the nursery. Needs to know ASAP. Wibu for her to email and ask for general feedback and hope they say either way?

Not too soon but phone rather than email. It shows she has confidence etc. She also needs to say what you’ve just said here, that the nursery is her preferred option.
Good luck!

I would maybe leave it until tomorrow now. Also I wouldn’t ask for general feedback, I would ask if they have made a decision.

She should say she has another offer so wants to know ASAP to make her decision

Does it not sound too pushy to say about the other offer? If it were a high powered job I'd get it but it's an apprenticeship! Don't want them to think she's cheeky.
