I know someone who is going on and on and on and on about how they 'only want the best vaccine'

I'm finding it so hard to bite my tongue right now

I think anyone should be grateful for a vaccine, am I right?

I feel like I just need to rant about it, it's pissed me off so much when people are DYING.

YANBU. Whichever vaccine meets the threshold for effectiveness that the NHS is happy with.
I think 99.99% of people who would accept the vaccine will accept whichever one they're given, gratefully.

That was meant to say whichever vaccine is offered meets the threshold of effectiveness that the NHS is happy with, how can anyone argue it?!

Nope not at all.

I do hope that people complaining of the "wrong" vaccine are in the minority.

The sooner most of us are jabbed, the quicker we can get on with some sort of normality!

I've had a few grumbles from patients (for both Pfizer and AZ vaccines) but as yet no one has actually refused the one I'm about to give them! One person came very close, but was clearly told it was this or nothing at this point.

Is this someone with a GCSE in Science, grade C, who somehow thinks that they understand the first thing about the vaccines?

YANBU. I’ll take whatever they’ve approved!

We are doomed anyway, so many variants approaching.

I had it at work last week, there wasn’t a choice. I could have booked it further afield if I’d wanted a different one though, different centres use different vaccines.
