DH has an interview with a US based company for a job he really likes the sound of. They have an office here where he'd be based although working remotely for the moment.
He's well qualified for the job, so not concerned from that point of view. I'm just wondering if Americans approach interviewing differently?
It's a tech company and, generally here, the work environment is pretty relaxed, and interviews tend to be slightly less formal too. I wonder if he should expect that same attitude in this case.
DH is good with people, chatty, etc and usually makes a good impression in interview situations. He's a bit fed up for various reasons at the moment, and I think this job would be great for him, so I'd love him to go in feeling as confident as possible.
If anyone has any insight, I'd be so grateful. Thanks!
