Hello,

I had my work Microsoft account logged in on my personal laptop as I was browsing shopping and streaming tv and then realised it had my company login email account address at the top right (so I believe logged in to company Microsoft account) will they be able to see that I was browsing shopping and watching programmes on my laptop? It’s not a work laptop just logged In to my work Microsoft account..

Yes, but only if they're checking. They probably won't care. Check if your work has a "reasonable use of IT resources" policy to see if it's prohibited. Was it during work time?

So would they get notified or would they have to be actively looking? Yes it was :( only because I had nothing else to do though I’d got no work in

If you are at home and using your own broadband in your own time on your own laptop, I would doubt very much that anyone would care. They may be able to see what you have been doing, but I would see no issue with it.
