To start a tuition agency

My husband thinks it’s asking for issues.
I’m already a tutor but am now turning away work as can’t fit anymore in.
Has anyone started an agency? What do I need to consider?

Are you going to be employing other tutors? That's a whole minefield.
Even if they still work self-employed, presumably you would need to be responsible for vetting them.

Me, if I knew other local tutors, I'd just offer to pass on their details if I couldn't fit someone in.
