Hi all, Partner and I have been struggling with infertility for a few years. Sister in law has announced her pregnancy - happy for her, sad for me. I’m working from home. I feel so depressed, I have too much time to think even when working I overthink and cry. If anyone can give some advice on how they are keeping themselves sane in this lockdown? Any tips or advice? We’ve been going for walks but as soon as I’m back in the house I feel I’m back to square one.

So I know what you mean. Not sure if your in the ivf process but I’ve been through it. I find music helps me, also the headspace app, in addition documentaries, cooking shows ( and trying the recipes), factual series ( anything that has intrigue and purpose).

I’ve started some cold water therapy and breathing techniques after reading wim hof. I’m so so on wim hoff but I have found the breathing and cold water helpful for how I have been feeling.

Dunno if it’s just given me something to focus on or if it is the technique itself that is helping my mood.

Anyway it’s a little random but that’s what’s helped me through the last few weeks since Christmas.
