Someone tell me why this can't happen
(I know nothing about politics or how a country does this) but could Northern Ireland become a tax haven?
Could their government decide to do such a thing by lowering corporation tax enticing big firms to employ their people (who's salaries are generally less than both the rest of the UK and Ireland)
Companies could benefit from both the sterling and euro market with free trade between both the rest of the UK and the eu.
I've got a feeling I'm missing something huge but as I say I know nothing about any of this it's a random thought I've had since Brexit
