Child Maintenance Service

Is useless, I don't know why it exists.
My narcissistic ex has not paid any child maintenance for four months. CMS are not going to change to collect and pay, even though I sent evidence (bank statement and an email from him informing me that he won't be paying any CM).
What can I do about this?

They are useless, my son hasn’t received a penny for 9 years now. I’ve given up all hope of him being made to pay. There needs to be a better system in place.

People have a lot of luck with their MP’s lighting a fire under the CMS so you could try emailing them?
