Sorry posting here for traffic, right I've always dreamed of working in the merternity ward working with baby', being the person who helps bath them weights them help the mums etc. Is there a role for this without being a nurse or a midwife?? I ask the Internet and its just about being a midwife. Help a girl out please 🤞🤞

I fancy working on the baby hearing screening project. All newborn babies need to be tested in hospitals and community once consent obtained. I think they do the heel prick tests too. It's an unqualified job in my local hospital I think.

I have a friend who is an assistant in Neonatal intensive care, she had a lot of prior experience.
