To ask for sofa recommendations

I'm looking for a smallish (under 250cm width) corner sofa..
I was set on the michigan from Next but now I've seen quite a few bad reviews.

Please could I get some sofa company recommendations, with reasonable price...£1100 or under.

Thanks in advance.

We thought Sofology were very good

I've had a marks and Spencer leather sofa and chairs for 20 years and they still look contemporary and are in really good solid condition, they've been through the baby and toddler years and now in the teenage years and have held up amazingly.

Sofa.com, our sofa is five years old and were still very pleased with it. They have regular 20% off weeks.

Funnily enough looking for the same but won't consider next as our other one is from there and has not lasted well and it's only 4 years old.

So hard not being able to physically see them at the moment!!

I absolutely love our ikea friheten corner sofa. It is comfy and has a massive amount of hidden storage.

Alstons

Electron from DFS, we paid £700 just before Christmas for the soft pink version. It's washable, comfortable and seems to be surprisingly well made.

Following with interest.

I can only advise avoiding furniture village... £1500 sofa with soggy cushions after 18 months and they could not care less.

Avoid sofology, we were told because we hadn’t flipped the cushions every day that the sagging was normal. It became incredibly uncomfortable and we got rid after 2.5 years

Unless you’re desperate for one, I’d honestly wait until you can try them in store. My last sofa was bought online and is my biggest purchasing regret. The back is too high and the seats aren’t deep enough, and it’s an uncomfortable fabric. But I can’t justify replacing it yet as it’s only a couple of years old. I hate it with a passion!

So I would advise if you have to buy online, check all the measurements, not just the width. Get samples of the fabric you’re considering. I wish I had taken my time to be sure rather than just going for one I thought looked nice! It’s a big purchase to get wrong.

I love my sofa.com ones and they are still looking almost new after 6 years use.
