He also says that he can't hear properly sometimes. I am worried about it being an inner ear thing?
I think I should take him to the doctor but what will he do? He's a very much 'let's see how you go, bye now' type doctor so I'm not sure what to say/ ask for. any advice?

It could be too much ear wax or an ear infection.

Yes could be ear infection. He could be seen by a nurse practitioner if the gp is too busy.

Is it related to standing up after sitting for a while?
My DD had similar episodes caused by low blood pressure. Ensuring she drinks lots and adding a bit more salt to her diet, (we don't eat much processed food), helped a lot.
Deffo see a doctor, we had a lot of tests to eliminate heart issues.

He has really really thick brown wet wax. Ever drained a radiator? Grin
No, unfact I've noticed he always says it when he is sitting down.
I will ring tomorrow, it'll probably be a video call anyway
thanks all
