To be angry with gp surgery

We were told when we moved here to register with this gp surgery as it was in our catchment. They have now written to us and told us we have to move surgery’s to one that said in the first instance we weren’t in their catchment. I don’t really understand how they can no decide we aren’t in their catchment.

Maybe the boundary has been redrawn or maybe the first one is full so not taking on new people?

I’m now being told to register with the first one who told me they couldn’t register me in the first place.

Double check with the GP surgery. My friend had a letter saying the same and she lives a couple of streets away from the surgery. When she queried was told it was a mistake.

Okay thank you will ring and check. I’m just worried I’m going to keep being sent between the two again.
