When you take your DC to the park, how do you feel about them playing with other children?
My DD is 18 months old and very sociable so keeps trying to go and say hi to other kids. Since covid I have been trying to distract her and taking her away but I just hate giving her that message. She's too young for an explanation obviously.
Would you feel awkward /under pressure if a parent asked if you were happy for your toddler to play with another DC?
YABU - kids absolutely shouldn't be playing together right now
YANBU - happy for my kid to play next to another kid (though obviously no physical contact).
