To ask you for good ‘Best Man’ gift ideas?

We’re running out of ideas, so I’m asking the hive mind!

My partner’s best man is his friend of over 25 years. He has already been the friend’s Best Man. Now it’s his time to get married and is struggling for ideas for a present.
When the friend got married, he gave my partner a beautiful watch. Now we’re looking for something of a similar nature. Looking online, lots of ideas are for small gifts - a pen, for example, and we’re looking for something....more?
The friend doesn’t really drink, so engraved whisky/ bourbon decanter are out.
