Prepaid postage labels for my business

Hi. I am so stuck! I sell children’s clothes. I buy clothes from people all over the country. I send them a bag with a prepaid postage label on it. The problem I am finding is that some people are ordering them and not using them. I have then obviously forked out for the postage (which is quite a lot for a medium parcel!) and then not used. Does anyone know of any companies that don’t charge until the parcel is dropped off? Thank you for reading xxx

Don't send a prepaid label. You can generate a label via the Royal Mail website if one is needed and email it to the customer to print.if they don't have a printer then you can print and post it to them to use. Yes you'll have the 60p postage charge to get them the label but it will only be needed occasionally not every single item ordered so will save you a lot in costs.

Thanks for replying. People fill in the form for a prepaid label. I then send the empty bag with the label on it. Even though they requested it some people aren’t using it. Was looking to see if there was a service where I wouldn’t be charged until it’s scanned. Thank you for taking the time to reply to me
