A few months ago I put a post up about a lump in my groin. My doctor thought it was a form of varicose vein but I had a scan last week that discovered it was indurated tissue. It gets inflamed and can be quite sore. I'm wondering if anyone has had this and what you did to ease it when it was swollen. It's really difficult to get ice on it because of where it is. Also, was there any further intervention? Removal etc?
