I've felt the same! Was it a vipers nest? After some nightmare contract roles I've written a lovely 'nice working with you email' to take the moral high ground. And I always make sure I email my holiday request approvals to my personal email before I leave as they usually try & do you on holiday taken. So petty IMO.
