How much time do you want to waste ?! I can lose hours on Reddit (tales from the front desk, tales from retail and other subs like that)

namechangetheworld · 19/01/2021 16:03

I second Reddit. I could spend hours on there.

whoamongstus · 19/01/2021 16:38

Here, Reddit, Twitter, Buzzfeed, Washington Post, Gal-dem.

I used to really love The Pool til it closed down.

CustardySergeant · 19/01/2021 16:41

I spend most of my time on Quora.

MaskingForIt · 19/01/2021 16:43

Ravelry, BBC, Twitter, here.

cherrypie790 · 19/01/2021 16:47

Tattle life. New York Times. thekitchn.com is great for foodies. BBC.

Daily Mail for the comments section. And FB as I'm on lots of dog groups on there.

Sarahandduck18 · 19/01/2021 16:49

Wow only after a few posts this is eye opening?

I only go on here and Facebook.

I suppose Wikipedia to look up references from films/tv.

Cuntitinthebin · 19/01/2021 16:49

I can't get into Reddit at all. I don't like the way it's set out.

rosegoldivy · 19/01/2021 16:52

Off to download reddit

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 19/01/2021 16:53

Yes I cant figure out how to use it properly. I'm always confused as to what post is replying to what. ConfusedGrin I really just go on mumsnet, YouTube and read my news feed. Maybe I should branch out a bit Grin

MissBaskinIfYoureNasty · 19/01/2021 17:15

I really wish I could get the hang of Reddit. It sounds really interesting but I don't understand how it works.

whoamongstus · 19/01/2021 18:14

I always think Reddit has a much more clear comment structure - you don't end up with the thing like in MN where a small detail derails an entire thread and it's laid out in a staggered way so you can see who the replies are to!

73kittycat73 · 19/01/2021 20:20

My two regulars are here and Neopets. I also check the news quite a few times when online.

Changemaname1 · 19/01/2021 20:24

Thanks all, some interesting suggestions I can have a look at. I do also go on Ravelry as I like to knit, and I would like to find some sewing sites to help me learn how to do machine embroidery.
