They didn’t send confirmation of an order and it’s been well over a week yet they have taken the money. What do I do?
They aren’t taking phone calls and I can’t see an email. I signed in as a guest customer to do the order.

I don’t use Facebook and I can’t find them on Twitter.
Annoying as twitter is usually a good way to make contact with companies etc

Aren't they in administration? Maybe that's why it's taking longer.
Have you checked all email folders?

Apparently their call centers are closed by try emailing

Hi OP.

I returned something from an online order to Wallis a few weeks ago. I hadn't had an acknowledgement or refund in over 2 weeks and began to panic. I searched high and low for telephone contact details but couldn't find any. I sent 2 or 3 emails to them and they never responded.
Thankfully, in my case, the refund was eventually processed and I received an automated email confirming this.
Hopefully you'll be in the same situation and things are just delayed somewhat.

Thanks, yes hopefully things are just delayed and I’ll get a notification to collect my order.
Not had any response yet to the email but it was just today I sent it.
