And if so HELP.

So I have been given a rota of my teams shifts and asked to add them to their teams calendars.
I have done this using the schedule meetings function, however this also appears on my calendar as the organiser, which I dont want it to! Any advice?

I think it automatically comes up on your calendar if you are the one to schedule the meetings. The only way to avoid that is everyone adding their own shifts to the calendar.

However, you can RSVP to your own invitation and decline, which then removes it from your calendar.

You need to create a Team first, which should have a calendar associated with it. Then you can add each shift to that, inviting only the person required.

At the moment you’ve sent them from yourself.

My colleague told me about the “Bookings” feature in Teams. Type Bookings into the search bar to find and add the feature.

I’ve not used it yet, but she found it useful for scheduling meetings between other people.
