Eating crap and I don't care

I ate a whole packet of Jaffa Cake cakes the other day.

Yesterday I ate a family size bag of crisps and a whole packet of brie.

Tonight I might demolish the tub of chocolate ice cream which has been sitting in the freezer since before Christmas.

Since when do raspberries and strawberries count as eating crap?
Grated cheese isn’t exactly awful food either.

Unless you’ve piled this all into the same bowl as an exotic sundae ... Are you a very restrictive eater or even possible orthorexic when you are not “eating crap”?

To me (indeed to most people I’d guess) this doesn’t sound like “crap” - but the “fuck the world” attitude I read in your OP is something that alarms me - been there! Still trying to escape!

Orthorexia often leads to BED because the “fuck it! Fuck the world!” attitude often leads to worse and worse binges and it can be a very difficult cycle to break.
