Going on 10 months now suffering with long covid, yes it has improved since the petrifying days of May/June but it’s there, always there. I feel 80 years old.
Dp is the same too on and off, currently lying in bed, so hard to care for a toddler when feeling like this.
Anyone medical on here that can give me any hope at all?
It seems to have worsened again recently, is the cold weather? Why has it come back and why us 🤷🏻‍♀️
I don’t anyone else in ‘Real life’ suffering with it as we are, only on forums, why did we both have such bad luck, 42 years old, no underlying health conditions etc etc

I’m sorry you are still suffering with this.

I think there’s actually a coronavirus board, perhaps you may get more out of that one.

Fingers crossed you feel better soon.

I’m very sorry OP, a friend with long Covid recommends Tim Spector research. In case you haven’t run into him.
