My daughter has grown out her clothes again !
I am buying her new spring / summer season clothes.
I have always ended up buying too many clothes so really trying to stick to 7 full outfits in one size ?
Anyone else trying to minimise their clutter / washing piles how do you go about it

I do this, but eventually ended up with 3 of the same sex so they have all been used eventually Grin

I try too but still overbuy! I had 9 full outfits plus a party dress for this winter season but it was way too much.

I think I will try 4 high summer outfits, 1 party dress and 4 inbetween outfits for this next season, plus some hoodies/cardigans to layer up the summer ones.

I overbuy, not by loads, but more than is needed -thankfully DD is very slow growing, so gets her wear out of stuff!
We also hand down to a family with 2 children, who then hands down to another friend’s child, so each item gets lots of wear.

I’m the opposite

The kids have one drawer each in a shared chest of drawers

I could cut back further still as I rotate more than I’d need to

I definitely find it easier with boys as it’s just a few trousers, T-shirt’s and jumpers mainly with a pair of swim shorts and summer shorts thrown in for when it’s warmer

Girl needs leggings, tights, tops, dresses, jumpers etc, and would need to keep everything quite coordinated to get most wearability out of them all
