10 year old screen time limits

Hi everyone.
Homeschooling like a lot of people at the moment and having trouble trying to engage my 10 year old with her work. She has her own chrome book and during her school hours I block all of the games because she’s not able to resist the temptation of them. I allow google chrome search (apart from fb/insta/ticktock/YouTube (I know I sound controlling) but honestly if I didn’t it would be a constant fight for her to get off these sights and she would be setting up her own fb and insta which I’m not comfortable with just yet (again controlling mum)!
The problem is, she now is constantly on bbc iPlayer and I don’t want to have to block everything in case she wants or needs to do research, but I feel as if she is not giving me a choice.
I tend to be more relaxed with screen time from 3pm until dinner time at about 5pm then it’s no screens, so she gets about 2 hours everyday of her games.
At the weekends she would seriously sit all day on the screen, moving from the tv to iPad to chrome book. I don’t know why but it really frustrates me. I know it’s the weekend but I still feel there should be a limit.
I suppose I’m writing to hear your opinions on screen time for a 10 year old? Am I being too controlling because I’m scared she’s going to grow up doing nothing but watching TV. What are your rules for similar age groups?
Thank you
