Do you think there’ll be a crash?
Will they continue with SDLT holiday?
Will they phase it back in gradually?
What are your thoughts?

No crash
No extension to SDLT holiday
Nope will be cliff edge

Housing market will seize up a bit, it’s already slowed down a lot here SE.
But as always the impacts will be pretty localised and varied.
Think it will impact more expensive houses £500k+

The government will continue to do everything they can to ensure house prices do not fall. A lot of wealth is tied up in house prices I believe. At least in London/SE.
