Queen's University Charter Flight from China

Queen's University in Belfast has chartered a flight to bring students from China during the lockdown. It landed on Sunday. Surely this is unethical and just about money. These students will likely spend most of this term in lockdown with learning online.

I presume this is one of the reasons for which international travel is allowed. They're having covid tests before they arrive which must be negative (per govt guidelines).

Would I do it? No. Is it against the rules? Also no as far as I can tell.

If they are bright enough to get into university, surely they are bright enough to work out what the European situation is at present and to accept that they may spend the term in lockdown.
