I've applied for a new job online.
First part was a online Assesment then the next was a video interview then I passed those and been invited to the next stage.
I've been informed it is a group day (12 people) and you role play and partner up etc
So your bringing 12 people in a room during lockdown when your not meant to mix ??
Aibu to think that's not ideal?
I assumed it would be a 1 to 1 interview keeping distance with masks or something.
Aibu to go ?

You won't be able to start new job if you catch Covid! Irresponsible company

Never mind not being 'ideal', I'm surprised they think that's legal. It's not actually work, and it's not essential.

I'm really in two minds what to do.
This particular company could easily work from home but aren't and I've heard from someone who currently works there the staff aren't happy.
The money is good and if I got the job would make such a difference.
I don't know what to do.
